Customer Service is the responsibility of all Council staff at all levels within the organisation and includes internal and external customers. Customer service is a commitment to our customers as well as an expectation of our staff regarding the level of service they need to consistently deliver. As customer service, we aim to provide a prompt and efficient service by staff who are approachable and well informed.
