Notice is given that Council’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June, 2009, including a copy of the report of the Auditor-General Victoria, has been prepared and will be considered at a meeting of Council to be held at 5.45pm, Wednesday, 28 October, 2009, at the Benalla Civic Centre, Fawckner Drive, Benalla.

Members of the public are invited to attend.
