Have your say - Domestic Animal Management Plan review

We are seeking your feedback on the DRAFT Domestic Animal Management Plan 2017-2021(PDF, 7MB). 

Under the Domestic Animals Act 1994, the Council promotes responsible pet ownership through the Domestic Animal Management Plan. The Plan dictates how animals are managed including pet registration, effective control of dogs in public areas, micro chipping and desexing.

The Council now invites all stakeholders and community members to provide written submissions/comments in relation to the Draft Domestic Animal Management Plan. All submissions must be lodged with the Council prior to 5pm on 26 September 2018. Post your submission to the Council at PO Box 227, Benalla Vic 3671 or email council@benalla.vic.gov.au
