Road Management Plan

Under the Road Management Act 2004 and Section 301 of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016, the Council gives notice of its intention to adopt its Road Management Plan 2017-2021.

This updated Road Management Plan follows a review of the current plan, the service levels and inspection frequencies associated with the maintenance and management of the local road and footpath networks within the municipality.

Copies of the proposed Road Management Plan 2017-2021 are available at the Customer Service Centre, 1 Bridge Street East, Benalla or can be downloaded from www.benalla.vic.gov.au.

Anyone may make a submission or provide feedback on the proposed plan and submissions must be made in writing and addressed to Benalla Rural City Council, PO Box 227, Benalla, Victoria 3671 to reach the Council by Wednesday 28 June 2017.
