Council's Community Services Department provides a range of services to the aged and people with disabilities and their carers.

These services are provided as part of the HACC (Home & Community Care) and the VHC (Veterans' Home Care) programs, which are auspiced by Council and jointly funded by the Federal, State and Local Governments together with contributions from service users.
