All home care services are provided by highly qualified and experienced staff with either a Nursing or an Aged Care TAFE Certificate. A fee is charged per hour.
To determine if you are eligible to receive services, the first thing to do is to be referred to the Benalla Rural City Council Assessment Officer. Referrals may be received from self, family and friends, doctors or other health professionals and together with you the Assessment Officer will determine your needs and plan the service with you.
