Proposed 2022/23 Budget and Draft Financial Plan 2023 to 2032

Council at its meeting on Wednesday 20 April 2022 resolved that public notice be given that its proposed 2022/23 Budget and draft Benalla Rural City Council Financial Plan 2023 to 2032 be placed on public exhibition for a period of at least 28 days.

Copies of the proposed 2022/23 Budget and draft Benalla Rural City Council Financial Plan 2023 to 2032 can be downloaded from the Council’s website www.benalla.vic.gov.au

Copies of the documents can be inspected at the Customer Service Centre or at the Sir Edward ‘Weary’ Dunlop Learning Centre.

Submission process

Any person proposing to make a submission regarding the proposed 2022/23 Budget or draft Benalla Rural City Council Financial Plan 2023 to 2032 must do so in writing before 5pm Thursday 19 May 2022.

Community information session

A community information session on the proposed budget and draft financial plan will be held from 5pm Tuesday 3 May 2022 at the Benalla Civic Centre. Drop in to hear from the Mayor and Council officers on what we are planning to deliver in 2022/23. The forum will also provide an opportunity for the community to ask questions on these key financial documents.

All Council meetings are held at the Benalla Civic Centre, 13 Mair Street, Benalla.
