Draft Governance Rules 2020

The Governance Rules govern how Council decisions are made. They set out the roles people have in meetings, how the meetings are run, different committees that can be set up, and how conflicts of interest are handled. They also allow for Joint Meetings of Council with other Councils and set out the requirements for an Electoral Period Policy.
