If you are in need of support around the home or exploring aged care options, come along to this free community event. The event will help you better understand the support available through My Aged Care and connect with trusted service providers one on one. Morning tea is provided.
The event is welcome to everyone, including family members, and carers. My Aged Care support services in Australia is open to community members 65 years or older. Or 50 years or older for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, or those who are homeless/at risk of homelessness. If you are approaching these ages, we encourage you to come along and find out what support is available.

On the day, you can:
- Chat one on one with local service providers
- Get help navigating the My Aged Care digital platform
- Get support planning your at-home care or transitioning into a retirement home
The service providers you can chat to will include Salvation Army care finders, Cooinda, Services Australia, Elder Rights Australia, Gateway Health, Benalla Health, Community Interlink, Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation, the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Familycare – Carer Gateway, and Estia Health.
