School Crossing Supervisors
School Crossing Supervisors have a much-valued role in our community, helping students and families cross the road safely during peak school times. It is a great way to stay active, connect with and be a part of the Benalla community.
The position works professionally with employees at all levels across Council and liaises with external stakeholders including school children, families, school staff, pedestrians and drivers. There is an emphasis on maintaining exceptional customer service and responding promptly and courteously to all enquiries.
To be successful you will:
- be community minded and able to build a strong rapport with community members.
- have a professional manner to provide clear instructions to school crossing users.
- be friendly, reliable and flexible with good verbal communication skills.
