Benalla’s popular Splash Park will close for the cooler weather break at 8pm on Sunday 26 April 2026, marking the end of another vibrant season of family fun. The facility will reopen when warmer weather returns.
Deputy Mayor Cr Justin King said it’s been a long hot summer and has been great to see the facility used.
“Council amenities such as the Splash Park and the free entry to the Aquatic Centre has helped the community cope with these extreme conditions.”
Council thanked residents and visitors for their support and encouraged the community to continue enjoying Benalla’s parks, gardens, playgrounds and walking tracks during the cooler months.
