The Councillor Code of Conduct incorporates the statutory requirements specified in Section 139 of the Local Government Act 2020.
This Code was adopted by resolution of the Benalla Rural City Council on 10 February 2021.
Councillors of Benalla Rural City are committed to working together in the best interests of the people within the municipality and to discharging responsibilities to the best of their skill and judgement.
