Public Interest Disclosures Policy and Procedure

The Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012 protects people who make disclosures about improper conduct in the public sector or from detrimental action taken in reprisal for a previous disclosure.

The Public Interest Disclosures Policy and Procedure ensures the Council is fully compliant with its obligations under the PID Act and the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011.
