Summary Of Personal Interests Returns are prepared in accordance with the Local Government Act 2020 (Section 135) and the Local government (Governance and Integrity) Regulations 2020, Regulation 10. Regulations require that the summary of the information disclosed here exclude monetary value or amount of income, shares, any beneficial interest other than shares or income or any debt disclosed. In addition, the street address and number of any land that is the specified persons principal place of residence is excluded from information disclosed to the public. The Chief Executive Officer has therefore in accordance with those regulations determined the following summary information to be disclosed to the public. This is consistent across all Personal Interests Returns.
