Benalla Rural City Council will commence the fourth round of its Community Satisfaction Survey on Tuesday 20 January, continuing through to Sunday 15 March 2026.
This survey is part of a year-long program designed to collect feedback from residents about Council services and overall performance. Conducted by independent research agency National Field Services, the survey involves a random selection of residents being contacted by phone to participate.
The information gathered will help Council better understand community expectations and identify opportunities to improve the way services are delivered.
Benalla Rural City Council assures all participants that their responses will remain strictly confidential. Only overall survey results will be shared with Council to guide decision-making and future improvements.
