The Benalla Rural City Council Road Management Plan 2025–2029 outlines how Benalla Rural City Council maintains and manages its extensive road network to ensure safety, accessibility, and efficiency for all users. Developed in accordance with the Road Management Act 2004 and other relevant legislation, the plan sets out inspection schedules, maintenance standards, asset hierarchies, and response protocols. It supports transparent decision-making and helps the community understand how roads, footpaths, and related infrastructure are prioritised and maintained across the municipality.
The Benalla Rural City Council Road Management Plan 2025–2029 was adopted by the Council at its meeting on 29 October 2025.
