Agendas and Minutes

Council meetings are attended by all Councillors. The meetings are designed to deal with a range of agenda items not dealt with in the committee structure such as receipt of petitions and time for questions from members of the public. In addition, the Council meetings endorse the reports from the most recent meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee.
