In accordance with section 54 of the Road Management Act 2004 and the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016 Benalla Rural City Council gives notice that it has completed its review of the Road Management Plan 2021-2025.
At its meeting on 23 February 2022 the Council resolved that its Road Management Plan 2021-2025 be adopted.
The purpose of the review is to update, amend and general specify the service levels and inspection frequencies associated with the maintenance and management of the local road network within the municipality.
The Road Management Plan 2021-2025 is available for inspection at the Council's Customer Service Centre and available for download at www.benalla.vic.gov.au
